WHAT IS FILMFEST 4-H?

Like any other national film festival, this event connects participants to professionals in the film industry and celebrates the work of the filmmakers.  The difference is that our filmmakers are youth! 

FilmFest 4-H workshops teach the professional practices/procedures, and explore ways that some of these practices can be accomplished on a teenager’s budget.
