Missouri 4-H Council
State 4-H Council youth are elected at the annual Missouri 4-H Congress by their peers to be a member of this prestigious group.  The primary duties of the council are to extend the benefits of the 4-H program to the youth and communities of Missouri and promote 4-H state-wide.
